The Royal Islander has two main restaurant: Cayo Largo and Paco's Tacos. Cayo Largo serves up fresh seafood and international dishes all day in a poolside garden. Cayo Largo has theme nights three nights a week; Tuesday is a poolside barbecue cookout, Friday is a shrimp festival, and Saturday is the Caribbean Lobster Festival. Paco's Tacos is a festive and informal Tex-Mex restaurant with all of the favorite Tex-Mex dishes like tacos, burritos, fajitas, chimichangas, guacamole, and chips and salsa.
