Aioli is a treat for visitors to Cancun and should not be overlooked. Menu items include escargot with white wine and butter sauce; duck breast in lavender sauce; and Moroccan-inspired lamb. Complex flavors are the name of the game at Aioli, and their chefs are obviously second to none. Additionally, their desserts (such as the devilishly decadent"Fifth Element", a chocolate treat to be shared with the one you love) are out-of-this-world. Aioli serves Mediterranean and French cuisine. It is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner.

Ambiance

Though Aioli offers a breakfast buffet in its French and Mediterranean locale, it's best enjoyed in the evening. Low lighting and exceptional service equal romantic dinners for two or family holidays with more than a touch of class.
