Villas Martin is a series of privately-owned two or three bedroom condominiums located right on the beach of Cancun. The condos have an outstanding location in the city, directly across the street from the Kukulacan Plaza, and since all of them are privately-owned guests can expect more furnishing and space at lower prices than in comparable hotels.

Villas Marlin is a gated complex in Cancun, Mexico with three swimming pools, a grocery store, and a tennis court. These condominiums are located directly on the beach with prime real estate between the Sheraton and Ritz Carlton. There are plenty of local activities including walking across the street to shot at Kukulacan Plaza, swimming, snorkeling, SCUBA diving, kayaking, taking a tour, or checking out one of the city's many great restaurants or clubs.
